The Assistant Pastor’s primary purpose is to help oversee the connection and spiritual growth strategy of The Harbour Church by identifying, developing, and coaching Small Group, Dream Team, and Mission-minded leaders who, in turn, help curate ongoing opportunities for others to grow in an overflowing relationship with Jesus.
